current insp.: insane hip-hop/urban hipster/cheesy 90s rap style. Ya'll know what I'm talking about. I recently found myself drooling over some faux ghetto gold earrings and thinking "how DOPE would these look with an over sized hot pink hoodie and skinny jeans?" No joke. I'm hoping that this upcoming school year I can diversify my wardrobe so I'm thinkin' M.I.A., The Fresh Prince and DJ Jazzy Jeff, Amber Rose and Kayne West (?!) fer sure.
My next mission is to find (or start!!!!) a really good hip-hop street style blog. I mean, I can't find any truly epic ones. There are more than enough blogs in which I can see the same ole same ole hipsters pretentiousness but I'm looking for a bit of variety.

oh lookie lookie I'm alive
hello, is it me you're looking for? I know I have been neglecting this blog severely but for the minimal amount of you that follow me I have a shiny new fashiony post, dat cool?
So recently, I was browsing through that omg! yahoo celebrity news..I know, the crème de la crème of internet gossip websites...but anyways...in the what were they thinking?! section I came across this gem of a dress:
Elizabeth Banks in an Atelier Versace gown
the fashionistas of the yahoo! world of course ripped it apart (a mermaid gone horribly wrong?) and everyone seemed to really hate the poof on the bottom.
I however find the dress stunning and think that it resembles something a Ziegfeld Follie, or a very classy early 20th century dame might have worn

secret keeper
I have recently come across the loveliest set of photos entitled "Secrets" by the very talented
Burçin Esin. I must say these are inspiring me to dye my locks red.
